“Today, the House will vote on a bill to give ICE over $10 billion in federal funding with no guardrails. I am voting NO. 


The Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) authorizes studies, construction projects, and research activities within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Civil Works mission areas. This includes improvements to the nation’s ports and harbors, the inland waterway navigation network, flood and storm protection, shoreline protection, ecosystem restoration, and other water resources infrastructure.
