2026 Water Resources Development Act Priorities Submission Form

The Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) authorizes studies, construction projects, and research activities within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Civil Works mission areas. This includes improvements to the nation’s ports and harbors, the inland waterway navigation network, flood and storm protection, shoreline protection, ecosystem restoration, and other water resources infrastructure. 

Please fill out the form linked below to provide information on your priorities for the upcoming WRDA reauthorization.

Stakeholders interested in submitting WRDA priorities to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure through the Office of Congresswoman Juan Vargas must use this form to transmit their proposals. 

The deadline to submit your priorities is January 23, 2026, at 5:59 p.m. PST.
